Healthcare provider Mercy, working with Sansone Group, has renewed its lease of 190,000 square feet in the Corporate Plaza building in Chesterfield, Mo.
Tom Bajardi of Sansone Group’s office brokerage team represented the building owner in this deal.
Corporate Plaza is a 210,000-square-foot Class-A building.
