St. Louis-based Sansone Group and its partners sold a 709,651-square-foot industrial facility at 245 Couchville Industrial Blvd. in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.
The buyer is Westmount Realty Capital.
Sansone deployed strategic marketing measures to bring the property to 100 percent occupancy, eight months after ownership, leasing 237,275 square feet of the property to Superior 3rd Party Logistics and 472,376 square feet to Electrolux North American, Inc.
Shortly thereafter, the property avoided a devastating tornado that struck the local market. Sansone delayed the official property release to the market, remaining sensitive to the disaster. Despite the pandemic and recession, recognizing the favorable surge in the industrial market, Sansone persisted with the sale and again deployed strategic flexibility to achieve favorable results.
The sales price of this transaction is not being disclosed.
