St. Louis’ Sansone Group has been hired by Hostess Brands, Inc. in the disposition of its St. Louis area portfolio which includes the 400,000-plus-square-foot production facility on North Broadway in downtown St. Louis.
In addition, five retail locations are included in the offering.
Jake Corrigan, an industrial broker with Sansone Group, will handle the disposition.
Hostess announced the closure of Hostess Brands Inc. in a Facebook post on Nov. 16 last year.
