SARA Investment Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate investment firm, has closed on the purchase of the Rider Trail South office building in Earth City, Missouri, at 3301 Rider Trail South.
“We are always excited to add another property to our St Louis portfolio,” said Jared Stinehagen, vice president of operations at SARA Investment Real Estate, in a statement. “Rider Trail South is our ninth acquisition in this market and we look forward to owning this quality asset and working with its great tenants.”
The development is a 115,000-square-foot Class-B+ office building in a Northwest Suburb of St Louis, Earth City. It is currently fully occupied by US Bank and Hillshire Brands and is expected to provide a stable income stream for investors.
