Tony Phelps is the new regional vice president for the Minnesota region of Minneapolis-based SARA Investment Real Estate.
Phelps comes to SARA with more than 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. He previously worked with Ryan Companies, Opus Development Company and Cresa, as both a broker and developer.
Phelps completed more than $750 million in real estate transactions while at these positions.
