SARA Investment Real Estate has closed on the purchase of the 7000 Calumet industrial building in Milwaukee.

Located at 7000 W. Calumet Road, the 181,692-square-foot building is occupied by a single-tenant, TOTAL Mechanical, a comprehensive commercial and residential mechanical contractor that provides plumbing, electrical, HVAC, building automation, fire protection and metal fabrication services.

Brittany Nyenhuis, Director of Real Estate, Wisconsin at SARA said, “This is another great example of what makes Milwaukee and its submarkets a great place to deploy capital. We have enjoyed building a quality relationship with TOTAL Mechanical throughout the acquisition process and look forward to a working with them for many years to come.”

The Calumet building is appealing because of the quality of the construction and its location in a thriving industrial submarket.
