Sara Investment Real Estate, LLC has closed on the purchase of the Currell Centre in Woodbury, Minnesota.
The multi-tenant building, located at 7616 Currell Blvd., includes 43,506 square feet of operating space in its two levels.
The acquisition is among three the firm recently completed. The others are the Nortek Global HVAC property, a 69,377- square-foot single-tenant building in O’Fallon, Missouri, and the Fair Park Business Center, a 132,401- square-foot multi-tenant office building in West Allis, Wisconsin.
