Savills is growing its newly formed U.S. retail advisory services platform with the addition of Reuben Rischall. Rischall joins the Chicago office as managing director and will specialize in providing tenant and landlord representation, and transaction management for retail clients.
He joins the team led by President, U.S. Retail Todd Siegel.
Rischall joins Savills from UpCity Real Estate, the commercial real estate firm he founded in 2021. Throughout his career, he has represented clients including major national brands such as TJX Companies, Office Depot, Dollar General, Harbor Freight Tools, Kids Empire, and CEC Entertainment as well as hospitality concepts such as Furious Spoon, Bombay Eats, Bonchon, and Colectivo Coffee. He previously worked at TMG Real Estate Advisors, Buyers Realty Inc., and Metro Commercial Real Estate.
In addition to Siegel, Rischall works closely with the Chicago-based retail team, which includes Executive Managing Director Phillip Golding and Corporate Managing Director Kimberly Wiskup. Savills retail advisory services platform blends market insight, financial strategy, and design expertise to help clients navigate retail’s impact on location and brand. The team offers additional services, including design and construction, merchandising, property evaluation, and site selection.
