Global real estate advisory firm Savills executed a long-term lease transaction on behalf of law firm Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP. Bradley expanded and relocated from the Renaissance Tower to a 32,928-square-foot space at Fountain Place located at 1445 Ross Avenue in Dallas, Texas. Bradley was represented in lease negotiations by Savills Corporate Managing Director Lesa Nickelson French and Managing Director Ric Kanatzar and began occupying the new location on September 20, 2021.
The hospitality-inspired office design was provided by Gensler, and the buildout was managed by Dallas-based general contractor K2 Construction, with furniture provided by local partner bauhaus interiors. The floorplan includes a mix of open seating and private offices along with multiple collaboration areas, a reception lounge, and a restaurant-style breakroom. Macro, A Savills Company has extensive project experience assisting legal tenants in office buildouts and relocations, and the firm provided project management services for Bradley including pre-construction and design management, procurement and construction management, and construction close-out.
