Lisa Davidson and Eric Feinberg of Savills Studley’s Chicago office have been promoted to the level of vice chairman. The real estate veterans have been with the company for a combined 39 years and have cumulatively executed more than 35 million square feet of transactions over their careers.
Davidson joined Savills Studley in 1997 and has repeatedly been named as one of the company’s top performers. She has closed over 25 million square feet of transactions in downtown Chicago and across the Midwest; this includes the Old Post Office, which earned her the 2016 NAIOP Transaction of the Year Award. Davidson was recently appointed to the Savills Studley board of directors and named chief diversity officer.
Feinberg joined the company in 2002 and specializes in strategic consulting, financial analysis, real estate analysis, real estate lease negotiation and information technology. He became the co-head of the firm’s Chicago office in 2014 and is responsible for the management of operations, research and marketing efforts. Feinberg was a consultant with Accenture for five year prior to joining Savills Studley.
