Global tenant representation firm Savills Studley has represented RMB Capital in two lease transaction in the Chicago area.
The transactions follow a series of mergers that has brought RMB’s management to $8 billion. RMB was represented by Rick Schuham, executive vice president, director and central region lead for Savills Studley.
In downtown Chicago, RMB will relocate part of their space within 115 South LaSalle Street. The new combined headquarters will encompass 25,166 square feet on the 34th and 26th floors.
In Oakbrook Terrace, RMB has leased 18,849-square-feet of space at One Parkview Plaza. RMB will lease space that was formerly occupied by an asset management firm.
