Global commercial real estate services firm, Savills Studley, announces its completion of long term lease negotiations for GCG Financial and Coldwell Banker at 3 Parkway North Blvd at Parkway North Center in Deerfield, IL.

GCG will expand its national headquarters from 31,544 square feet at 3000 Lakeside Drive in Bannockburn, IL and relocate into 36,810 square feet at 3 Parkway North to accommodate anticipated future growth. Coldwell Banker will move its Chicago Home Office and its NRT Central Region headquarters from Northbrook, IL to 25,446 square feet at 3 Parkway North.

John Goodman and Jonathan Metzl of Savills Studley’s Chicago office represented GCG Financial in their negotiation along with Brian Netzky of Interstate Tenant. Goodman and Metzl co-brokered the Coldwell Banker transaction with Coldwell Banker’s in-house broker, Jordan Schnoll. John Clark of NGFK represented the landlord, The John Buck Company, in both transactions and Rich Dale of Savills Studley served as the Project Manager for both clients.

According to Metzl, “Both companies executed on the opportunity to relocate into Parkway North, one of the premier office parks in the market, in order to provide their employees with more amenities and into spaces that will facilitate more collaborative workplace environments.”

Alan Levitz, CEO of GCG Financial says “The decision to relocate rather than remain at our previous location reflects the exciting opportunities GCG has to attract and develop strong, vibrant talent. It has become imperative that we make available the perks and amenities that 3 Parkway North could offer us at a very attractive rate.”

According to Goodman, GCG Financial and Coldwell Banker will both relocate during the first quarter of 2015.
