Savoy Properties recently closed a pair of transactions in the St. Louis area.
Brian Kelley of Savoy Properties represented Bank of Washington in its lease of 28,000 square feet of industrial space at 150 Clair Industrial Court in St. Clair, Mo.
Esselte Corporation, the owner of the property, was also represented by Kelley.
Ben Holley of Savoy represented Redeemed Christian Church of God – Jesus House in the purchase of a 10,362-square-foot religious facility at 3472 Bridgeland Drive in Bridgeton, Mo. Rotrakan Muk Porntip was the seller in this deal.
