Scannell Properties started development on a build-to-suit 139,674-square-foot cold storage facility in Ft. Worth, Texas, for an international supplier of food, agriculture and industrial products.

Additional features include:
- 42’ clear height
- Insulated metal panel exterior
- CO2 Trans-critical refrigeration system, cooling 6 large flex rooms from -10 to 40 degrees
- 70’ deep cold dock
