Northville Park Place continues to attract tenants to the mixed-use development located on the southwest corner of 7 Mile and Haggerty Road in Northville, Michigan.
Schostak Brothers & Company announced that Trader Joe’s, DentalWorks, One Society, and Brain Balance Achievement Centers have joined the center’s other retailers and offices, including: MOD Pizza, Tom + Chee, Chipotle, Red Olive, SVS Vision Optical Centers, Jimmy John’s, Sherwin Williams, Gazelle Sports, Orangetheory Fitness, BurgerFi, Rusty Bucket, Sports Clips and Granite City Food & Brewery.
Construction on the new Trader Joe’s location will begin this May and is scheduled to open first quarter 2017. One Society will open summer 2016, and Brain Balance Achievement Centers will open fall 2016.
Northville Park Place opened in summer 2015 and consists of approximately 500,000 square feet of property dispersed across 80 acres.
