The Village Green Shopping Center recently leased space to two new tenants, Goldfish Swim School and I Love Kickboxing, according to Schramko Real Estate.
Goldfish Swim School will lease 9,000 square feet of space for a learn-to-swim facility and I Love Kickboxing will lease 3,100 square feet.
New owners took over the shopping center in the spring of 2017. The center is undergoing modernization including new signs, mechanical system, parking lot and lighting.
Chris Schramko of Schramko Real Estate Corporation is responsible for the repositioning, rebranding and leasing at the retail center.
