Separately, Urin USA has leased 1,598 square feet of warehouse space located at 368 Beinoris Drive in Wood Dale. Mike Plumb, senior vice president of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented building ownership, Foute Building Corp. and Debbie Lydon of Madrake Real Estate represented the tenant in the transaction.
