SDI Presence promotes John Kuczura to delivery executive of CRE practice

SDI Presence LLC (SDI), an IT managed services provider and consultancy, has promoted project manager John Kuczura to delivery executive of the firm’s growing real estate practice for commercial, industrial, financial and corporate properties. In his new role, Kuczura will direct the firm’s real estate consulting team in their daily operations including project delivery, quality assurance and client satisfaction.

“John has long been an integral part of SDI’s real estate practice success,” said Bob Ladner, commercial real estate general manager. “With his deep industry and BOMA standards expertise, John will lead the SDI team to maximize the value of our clients’ properties and facilitate their day-to-day property management operations.”

Kuczura is a seasoned real estate industry expert with over three decades of supervisory experience working with teams in facility management, emergency planning, commercial real estate leasing, architecture and building mechanical systems. Throughout his career at SDI, he led teams that recalculated 1,200 buildings and over 200 million rentable square footage throughout the United States. Under his direction, the SDI team has conducted over 60 BOMA 2017 recalculations in the past year. In his new delivery executive role, Kuczura will directly oversee SDI’s dedicated team of real estate industry professionals, who are certified in AutoCAD and Revit systems.

SDI’s real estate practice exclusively focuses on leveraging accurate property information to maximize the revenue generation potential and safety of commercial and industrial property portfolios. The SDI team brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate industry expertise, delivering square footage accounting, emergency planning and facility documentation management services for properties in 33 states across the U.S. On average, SDI identifies an additional 10 percent of rentable square footage resulting from a commercial property’s initial BOMA recalculation.
