The Southfield, Michigan office of Lee & Associates has announced that Sean Brennan has joined the industrial team as a vice president.
Brennan, who specializes in the sale and lease of industrial facilities throughout Southeastern Michigan, was formerly with Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions.
In addition to his commercial real estate experience, Brennan functioned as a corporate strategist and served as a management consultant for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including Siemens, where he directed global business development and proposal management efforts.
He is a graduate of Mercyhurst University and also holds a MPS from the Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University.
