Avison Young has hired veteran commercial real estate professional Sean McHale as a principal.
McHale will focus on corporate services and tenant representation for the company’s growing Indianapolis office. He will also lead new business development for the firm’s industrial practice group in the Indianapolis market.
McHale was most recently a Principal with Resource Commercial Real Estate (formerly Colliers International) in Indianapolis, where he focused on industrial leasing and development.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and business management from Miami University of Ohio. He was named a CoStar Power Broker from 2011 to 2014 and earned Top Producer credentials from Colliers International-Indianapolis.
McHale is affiliated with the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He also volunteers with the American Heart Association and Special Olympics-Boone County.
