Sean Olvany has been promoted to vice president, market officer, Chicago for Prologis to oversee all portfolio and market operations for Chicago. Sean is also responsible for disposition strategy, collaborating with the Capital Deployment team on investments and community relations. Prologis is the largest industrial property owner in the Chicago market, with over 82 million square feet, consisting of 349 buildings occupied by over 575 customers.
Sean joined Prologis in 2016 and previously held positions in leasing and capital deployment.
Prior to joining Prologis, Sean was a broker at Colliers within the industrial advisory group. He also was an account services representative with ESPN Customer Marketing and Sales.
Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Providence College previously was President of the Providence College Alumni Association Chicago Club. He is an active member of NAIOP Chicago Chapter.
