Tim Rasmussen, CCIM and Olivia Czyzynski of SVN Chicago Commercial represented the seller in the transaction, marking the second time in four years that SVN Chicago has sold this property. The free-standing building sold for $1,100,000. “The buyer, a well-known operator of Mexican restaurants, plans to open a casual Mexican concept,” said Rasmussen. The building was constructed in 2008 and is in excellent condition, requiring very little work to reconcept. The property, an out parcel in the Algonquin Commons shopping center, features on-site parking for 62 vehicles and has high visibility from Randall Road.
