Seefried Industrial Properties in a partnership with James Campbell Company LLC has completed the shell of Franklin Business Center, a 88,667-square-foot warehouse distribution center in Franklin, Wisconsin. The facility is now available for tenant improvements and is being marketed to users ranging from 20,000 to 88,667 square feet.

Located at Oakwood Park Drive just 15 minutes from Mitchell International Airport, the industrial development is situated on 5.71 acres and provides quick access to Interstate-94. The building features precast construction, 28-foot clear heights, 92 auto parking spaces, eight dock doors, two drive-in doors, 60-foot speed bays and an ESFR sprinkler system.

Peak Construction Corporation is the General Contractor. Partners in Design Architects, Inc. is the architect and Pinnacle Engineering Group has been engaged as the civil engineer.

Franklin Business Center is available for lease with immediate occupancy.

The project is being marketed by CBRE’s Trent Poole, Christian Chambers and Paula Wink.
