Omaha’s Seldin Company will celebrate the official opening of Lakeview Apartments in Ralston, Neb., with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Nov. 16.
Lakeview Residential is the developer/owner of the multi-family property, while Seldin Company is the manager. Lakeview Apartments includes 276 units. The complex welcomed its first residents in August.
The project includes one-bedroom units from $675, one-bedroom-with-den units from $820 and two-bedroom units from $970. Lakeview Apartments features controlled-access entries, underground and garage parking, 24-hour fitness center, pool and cyber cafe’.
