Seldin Company, since taking over ownership, has helped steer the first building of the new Tuscany Apartments in Papillion, Neb., to completion.
The Tuscany Apartments, once complete, will add 344 apartment units, attached garages, resort-style swimming pool and 6,000-square-foot clubhouse to the Papillion community.
The first residents of the first building of this development began moving in Oct. 1.
Tuscany Apartments will bring a total of 392 modern homes to 6911 Giles Road by the spring of 2014. The development will offer such amenities as a cyber cafe, elevator access, 24-hour fitness facility and scenic views of downtown Omaha.
