Senior associate joins Colliers

Geraldine Healy

Colliers announced that Geraldine Healy has joined the company as a senior associate with the Retail Sales & Leasing team. Healy will be based in the firm’s Chicago office and will work with local and national clients.

Healy has more than 20 years of industry experience and previously worked as an associate with David King & Associates, Inc. She is also a former project manager with Sudler Property Management where during her tenure, she handled a nine month, multi-million-dollar capital improvement project for a local condominium association. 

In 2010, Manhattan Forest Products, in partnership with Celtic Redecoration Interior Design, tapped Geraldine to open its showroom in the Merchandise Mart where she sold more than $2 million in reclaimed wood from the famed Coney Island Boardwalk to the Soho Hotel in the West Loop during its development. 

Healy is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She also sits on the board at Mercy Home for Boys & Girls and the Robert E. McLaughlin Faith Foundation.

Healy holds a bachelor’s degree from Dublin College. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
