Jim Holbrook, senior associate with Lexington, Kentucky-based NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, recently celebrated 12 years with the brokerage. Holbrook joined NAI Isaac in 2006.
“Jim has a unique perspective of the fiscal responsibilities of property ownership balanced with tenant requirements for use of leased space. This perspective helps us to better serve our clients.” said Al Isaac, president of NAI Isaac.
Holbrook’s initial service with NAI Isaac was in the management of office and retail properties in Central Kentucky. As a sales/leasing associate, Holbrook has many years of experience in the sale and leasing of office and industrial real estate.
Holbrook has been in the commercial real estate field since 1999.
Before entering the commercial estate field, Holbrook owned an international trade business and was the vice president of operations for a private company owned by the University of Kentucky.
