Senior broker of auction services joins Chicago’s @properties

@properties Commercial in Chicago recently announced that Edward Kusztelak has joined the firm as senior broker of auction services. Kusztelak brings more than 25 years of experience in the industry, specializing in real estate auctions.

Prior to joining @properties, Kusztelak worked at Tranzon-Edwards Realty Advisors & Auctioneers, where he was president for the last six years. He has worked in all facets of the industry including conventional and accelerated auction sales, consulting, and development.

Throughout his career, Kusztelak has sold properties nationwide across a wide range of asset classes including commercial, luxury residential, hospitality, multi-family, retail, office, industrial, and special-use properties. He has also represented a number of prominent clients including American Skiing Company, GE Capital Real Estate, Intrawest, Hines Lumber Company, Wells Fargo, Loews Theater Inc., and Glenview State Bank.
