Donald Shindler, managing senior counsel and team leader in the transactional practice area of Chicago law firm Brown, Udell, Pomerantz & Delrahim Ltd., has been elected as treasurer of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
Shindler took this position at the college’s 2013 fall conference and will serve in this role for one year.
Shindler practices in the area of corporate and real estate transactions and counseling focusing on financing, restructuring and workouts, construction, leasing, hospitality and energy.
