Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) closed the sale of Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Alexandria, Minnesota.
Built in 2006, the community is 15,483 square feet and sits on about 2.96 acres. Diamond Willow offers 20 units and 26 beds.
The seller was a private-equity firm that is selling a geographic outlier in its regional portfolio. The buyer is a non-profit organization with plans to expand in Minnesota.
