Sanctuary at the Shore is a 126-bed skilled nursing facility built in 1969 with the addition of a north wing in 1970 and a new entrance in 2000.
The community consists of about 42,700 square feet on 3.13 acres. Occupancy was 80 percent at the time the property went under contract.
The seller was Trinity Health, a not-for-profit with operations in Michigan and across the country. The buyer was Madison Healthcare and Prestige Healthcare Management.
