Broder & Sachse Real Estate, a Detroit-based full-service development company, has hired Angela Roden as senior regional manager, responsible for providing strategic vision and leadership to the firm’s multifamily property management operations.
Roden brings more than 12 years of experience in regional, property, portfolio and asset management to her role. As senior regional manager of Broder & Sachse Real Estate, Roden serves as a leader in the multifamily division, supervising the management team and monitoring financial operations. She provides guidance and training to staff, and ensures all communities in the Broder & Sachse portfolio, including Detroit properties The Albert, The Scott and The Hamilton, are safe and exceptionally maintained.
Prior to joining Broder & Sachse, Roden gained experience in all aspects of multifamily management, including administration, financial performance, strategic planning, multi-site operations and regional oversight. She previously held positions as regional manager and vice president of operations at Concord Management, as well as regional director of operations at Hayman Company.
Roden holds a degree in general studies from Ferris State University, and she studied real estate law, sales and business management at Lansing Community College. She has completed nine Certified Apartment Manager modules, creditialed by CAM and licensed in Michigan real estate.
