Lakeland Community College, with the help of Sequoia Realty Corp., recently renewed the lease at its Madison, Ohio, satellite campus.
The college signed a lease for another five-year term at the satellite campus at 201 Water Tower Drive in Madison. The college has an option to renew the lease for an additional five years.
Rick Ferris, president of Sequoia Realty Corp., represented Candace and Walter Shaw, landlords of the Lakeland East building, in this transaction.
