Patrick J. Shannon has been promoted to Vice President from Director at ML Realty Partners.
Since joining the firm in 2012, Shannon has succeeded through his outstanding industry knowledge and passion for the company. In his new role, Shannon will continue to be responsible for acquisition opportunities in the Chicagoland area while also now being part of the overall leadership team at ML Realty Partners. Additionally, he will continue to oversee the outside brokers who represent leasing efforts for a portfolio of ML Realty Partners’ Midwest properties and developments.
