Minneapolis-based real estate developer Sherman Associates has broken ground on Gray’s Landing Office Center, a 73,115-square-foot office center in Des Moines, Iowa.
The office center will include such amenities as a fitness center and bike storage.
Sherman estimates that construction of the office center will wrap in January of 2017. Ball Team Construction of Des Moines is the general contractor, and OPN Architects of Des Moines designed the buiding
Gray’s Landing Office Park is one portion of the multi-phase Gray’s Landing development by Sherman Associates, a development that also includes The Holiday Inn Express Hotel currently under construction and expected to be open in February of 2016; a 90-unit workforce housing project known as The Edge, which is currently under construction; and The Nexus, a 142-unit market-rate housing project set to open in 2016.
