Zilber Property Group in February announced a new tenant at the Business Center of Kenosha in Kenosha, Wisconsin, The Sherwin Williams Company.
Sherwin-Williams is leasing 10,000 square feet for its commercial retail division, including warehousing and distribution of paint and coating products and materials.
