The Shoppes at Thomsen Mile retail strip center at 3838 North 168th St. in Omaha, Nebraska, recently sold for $2.5 million to a private investor.
The 14,000-square-foot building, located next to Wal-Mart Supercenter is part of a 145-acre mixed-development led by Jerry Slusky and Trenton Magid with the firm. Other businesses in the development include Wells Fargo Bank, Dillon Brothers Harley Davidson, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha, Slingshot, and Indian motorcycles. Current tenants in the retail center include GameStop, Sally Beauty Supply and Fantastic Sam’s Hair Salon.
Magid, an executive vice president at NAI NP Dodge, brokered the transaction.
