Sentry Insurance, based in Stevens Point, Wis., will relocate its Madison, Wis., operations to the Esser Place office park in Middleton, Wis. The firm will fill nearly 43,000 square feet of office space, providing a definite boost to the economy here.
Craig Stanely of the Madison office of Siegel-Gallagher represented the ownership of Esser Place in the transaction. Neil Ross of Jones Lang LaSalle and Tim Rikkers of CresaPartners represented Sentry.
Sentry’s Madison operations consist of more than 150 workers, including information technology staff for the company’s consumer products’ systems. This number also includes business support and management staff for Sentry’s specialty auto insurance department.
