Miwaukee’s Siegel-Gallagher and Jones Lang LaSalle recently brokered the $15.4-million sale of the Brookfield Town Centre in Brookfield, Wis.
The 188,122-square-foot retail property is located on the southwest corner of West Capitol Drive and North Brookfield Road, and includes four undeveloped lots.
The new owner plans to make improvements to the property, including new signs and improved traffic and pedestrian access between the multiple buildings.
Siegel-Gallagher has managed the shopping center since October of 2010 and will continue leasing it under the new ownership. The center is 83-percent occupied.
