CoStar Group has named 27 Signature Associates with the distinction of “power broker” in its annual Power Broker Awards.
The Power Broker Program continues to honor the top broker firms and individuals in commercial real estate. Winners of these prestigious awards are determined based on transaction data in CoStar’s commercial real estate database.
The Signature brokers account for 30 percent of the overall award winners and more than 50 percent of the industrial award winners.
In addition to the individual awards, Signature Associates, as a company, was named in the Top Leasing Firm and Top Sales Firm categories for Metro Detroit, Toledo, Ohio and West Michigan.
Signature Associates has been a continual award winner since the CoStar Power Broker Program inception 15 years ago.
