Signature Associates recently closed an 18,000-square-foot lease at 332 Lincoln in Royal Oak Michigan, to ROAK Brewing Co.
Clint Confer and Steve Gordon of Signature Associates represented the brewing company. Confer also represented the landlord, 332 Lincoln LLC.
ROAK Brewing opened its doors earlier this month. The company operates an 80-seat tap room from the location and employs about 30.
