Autoliv recently broke ground on its North American Technical Center, a building that will be about 180,000 square feet, in Southfield, Michigan.
John Gordy with Signature Associates brokered the deal, and has long worked with the landlord, Jonna Realty Ventures.
The new facility is located on American Drive and Interstate-696, and is expected to be completed in the first half of 2019.
The build-to-suit project sits on 10 acres. Autoliv will consolidate its operations and relocate 600 workers to the facility. The property will have enough space to house up to 900 Autoliv employees.
