Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates recently negotiated the sale of 93,000 square feet of industrial space in Warren, Mich.
Andrew Boncore of Signature represented the buyer, Regency Park Drive, LLC. The building will be occupied by a division of Iroquois Industries, a business that is headquartered in Warren.
