Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates recently negotiated the sale of more than 1.15 million square feet of industrial space in Kettering, Ohio, to IRG Kettering I, LLC.
Paul Hoge of Signature Associates represented the seller, DPH-DAS, LLC, in conjunction with Norm Khourn of Cassidy Turley who also represented the purchaser.
