Signature Associates has negotiated the lease of 41,253 square feet of industrial space located at 50695 Varsity Court, Wixom, Michigan.
Jim Montgomery of Signature Associates represented both the landlord, Signature Automotive Products, and the tenant, Kiekert USA. Keikert USA is expanding their manufacturing operations to this location. This will be their second Wixom location. The Zamler family, of Signature Automotive Products, owns over 300,000 square feet in this market.
