Signature Associates has negotiated the lease of 76,763 square feet of industrial space located at 1450 McPherson Parkway in Howell, Mich.
Jim Montgomery and Steve Gordon of Signature Associates represented the tenant, Key Plastics, which will consolidate three operations. Montgomery also represented the landlord, Brio Development, which is in the process of redeveloping the site to provide for a premier manufacturing and distribution facility.
