Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of The Shops at Franklin Place, 210,000 square feet and 27.5 acres of retail space located at 5221 Monroe St. in Toledo, Ohio. The Shops at Franklin Place is also commonly known as the Target shopping center.
Steve Serchuk of Signature Associates represented the seller, National Amusements, Inc. Serchuk has been the Toledo area real estate contact for National Amusements for the last 25 years.
In addition to Target, Golf Galaxy, Shoe Carnival and Office Max are current tenants. Devonshire REIT, Inc. plans to add 66,000 square feet to accommodate other national tenants that want to open in the center.
