Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of 41,234 square feet of industrial space located at 4158 Pioneer Drive in Commerce Township, Mich.
Jim Montgomery and Angela Thomas of Signature Associates represented the seller, Starwood Capital, which offered the property as a result of a foreclosure of Aggressive Marine.
Montgomery also represented the purchaser, SERVPRO of Novi, which will expand its restoration storage business to this site.
