Signature Associates recently negotiated the sale of 66,360 square feet of hi-tech space at 15200 N. Commerce Drive in Dearborn, Michigan.
Chris Secontine and Paul Hoge of Signature Associates represented the seller, UNUM Life Insurance Company of America. Hoge and John Gordy, also of Signature, represented the buyer, BKG 15200 N. Commerce, LLC.
The buyer is an investment entity affiliated with Burton-Katzman.
