Signature Associates has taken over the sales and leasing representation of The ICON in Detroit. This office/technology campus is made up of an eight-story office tower, three-story conference center and three-story atrium lobby.
The ICON is a multi-use campus fitting for corporate, institutional, government, healthcare, innovation, research and development.
The 420,000-square-foot campus is located on 18.2 acres at 200 Walker St. in Detroit. This is the first time the campus has been available for occupancy in several years.
Amenities include a fitness center, cafe, 357-seat auditorium and high-bay tech/lab space. The ICON also includes 24/7 gated security and 1,100 covered parking spaces.
